At Partnership Community Health Center, we are dedicated to “making a difference in the lives of people” and “creating a healthy community” by removing the barriers that hard-working people face in getting the health care they need.
Partnership offers a wide range of affordable primary medical, dental, and integrated behavioral health care service, as well as comprehensive health insurance enrollment assistance to keep patients connected to coverage and care. We have a special focus on providing care to those experiencing homelessness, refugees/newcomers, non-English speakers and individuals/families living at or below the federal poverty level.
