Access Community Health Centers

Access Community Health Centers removes the barriers patients may experience, offering them quality care regardless their ability to pay. Access provide medical, dental, behavioral health, and affiliated pharmacy services based on our local community’s needs.

The non-profit organization started in 1982, and now offers care to more than 33,000 individuals from throughout southwest Wisconsin at five locations in Madison, Sun Prairie and Dodgeville. Our team-based approach to care – with the patient an active participant in the care they receive – is what sets Access apart. By making sure each patient receives personalized care in a consistent and caring manner, patients are better equipped to make decisions regarding their health care and take control of their future health and well-being.
