Family Health Center, Inc. is a federally qualified health center. Our mission is to provide access to high quality health care services for the underserved, and to enhance the health of our communities.
Family Health Center, Inc. is an integral partner in a comprehensive system of care that: 1) For the communities it services, champions community engagement; equitably distributes health care resources; maximizes prevention and the early detection of disease; eliminates disease disparities; and assists individuals in achieving their full human potential and 2) Exercises state and national primary health care workforce leadership; and advances our knowledge base enabling further progress, achievement and mission effectiveness.
Since we began over 50 years ago, we’ve continued to work toward improving the lives and health of everyone we serve. We’re focused on the underserved and those who couldn’t otherwise afford dental, medical and substance use treatment throughout rural Wisconsin.

Northern, Northeastern, & West Central Wisconsin
Northeastern Wisconsin, also known as the Northwoods by the locals, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The area is known for its strong tourism economy, affordable cost of living, and excellent quality of life – making Northern Wisconsin a great place to live and work!
Located along the Mississippi River, west central Wisconsin features spectacular scenic beauty and is home to several small and midsize cities like Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. The area is full of state parks including Interstate State Park, the Red Cedar State Trail, and Brunet Island State Park making it the perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts.
