Homemade Mask Information

Thank you for your interest in donating homemade masks to Community Health Center staff and patients. Your contributions make a difference in helping to keep your community safe and slow the spread of COVID-19. We are so grateful to have your support. Mask donations will be sent to health centers serving extra vulnerable members of the community including patients experiencing homelessness and migrant/seasonal agricultural workers. After the needs of these clinics have been met, mask donations gathered through this program will be made available to all Community Health Centers in Wisconsin.

HOW TO DONATE MASKS:

  1. Complete a short survey HERE to indicate your interest
  2. WPHCA staff will follow up within 24 hours to provide details on a Health Center to receive your donation, including the preferred pattern (if there is one) for the Health Center.
  3. Notify WPHCA when you are ready to deliver masks (by shipping or no-contact drop off)
  4. WPHCA will notify the receiving health center that their masks will be arriving shortly
  5. You will deliver masks via your preferred method.

Please contact Lindsey Hess at lhess@wphca.org or 608-443-2945 with questions!

Thank you again for your generous support of Wisconsin's CHC staff and patients.

Below you will find a few of the preferred patterns for our Community Health Centers. When you are matched with a health center, we will indicate if that clinic has a specific preference.
