Announcing Azara DVRS as a Specialized Registry for Meaningful Use Public Health Objective in Year 2018

WPHCA is excited to announce Azara DVRS as a Specialized Registry ready to accept data, to meet the Modified Stage 2 Meaningful Use Public Health Objective for Specialized Registries in 2018.

Azara DVRS has the ability to pull clinical EHR data from participating health centers on a regular basis, and processes this data in order to provide a graphical view of how organizations are performing on specific measures and registries and how they compare to other organizations. All Eligible Professionals (EPs) who actively use WPHCA’s Azara DVRS and use a certified EHR technology to provide data to Azara DVRS can meet the Public Health Objective, Specialized Registry for Modified Stage 2 Meaningful Use (Objective 10: Measure 3).

Azara DVRS can be considered a Quality Improvement Registry that meets the Modified Meaningful Use Stage 2 – Specialized Registry option of the Public Health Objective, which specifies successful ongoing submission of specific case information from a certified EHR technology to a specialized registry for the entire EHR reporting period.

If you would like a letter confirming an EPs use of Azara DVRS for evidence in the event of an audit for Meaningful Use attestation year 2018, please complete this survey. Please be certain to enter the information requested for each (First and Last Name, NPI, Reporting Period Start Date). If you have more than 10 providers in need of a letter please email Shannon Drake-Buhr
