Azara DRVS Data Analysis
November 17-18, 2020
As Azara DRVS users continue to implement population health practices and tools, WPHCA is offering a Virtual Workshop with a combination of education by Azara experts, peer learning, and individual exploration. This workshop will offer Health Centers Azara tips and tricks, a guided deep dive analysis into each individual health center's own Hypertension measures, and peer learning. The training is also an opportunity for new Quality Improvement staff to learn how leverage Azara DRVS. On day one of the workshop Health Center teams will use Azara DRVS to complete a worksheet diving into the hypertension measure at individual Health Centers. Day two we will reconvene to learn about what trends were identified at different health centers and discuss opportunities for improvement. Participants will walk away with tools to further their exploration of clinical quality measures in a variety of ways and action steps for improving hypertension outcomes.
