November 8, 2019

10:00 am - 4:00pm

Meeting Overview: NIATx/The Great Lakes ATTC (Addiction Technology Transfer Center) and WPHCA partnered to offer a MAT Learning Collaborative for Health Centers in Wisconsin interested in standing up or expanding their substance use disorder treatment and recovery services. Access, Partnership, Lakeshore, Family Health La Clinica, and Family Health Center of Marshfield participated in this collaborative. This meeting serves as a summation meeting for the learning collaborative and seeks to (1) Leverage content experts to explore priority topics identified throughout the collaborative, (2) Provide an opportunity for Health Centers to share their approach and progress in creating or expanding their MAT programs, and (3) Offer an opportunity for Health Center staff to network with their peers across the state and partners in the field.

Who Should Attend: While this meeting is targeted towards teams at Health Centers who participated in the MAT Learning Collaborative, we invite any Health Center staff member to attend this training! The content will not be specific to the collaborative and could be beneficial to any Health Center interested in participating.

Meeting Objectives:

  1. Learn advanced applications for implementing and expanding Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT in a primary care clinic.
  2. Get exposed to MOUD expansion case summaries through peer presentations.
  3. Network with colleagues across the state working to stand up or expand SUD treatment and recovery services in a FQHC setting.
