Together with your colleagues we will tackle questions to identify your health center’s culture, how to vision strategic change, and strategies to take those first steps.

2:15 pm – 3:15 pm Workforce Workplan Development and Strategies
There is no right or wrong way to have a workforce plan, and everyone does it a little differently. During this session we will highlight several WI health center workforce development workplans and strategies: how they got there, what they’re doing, and where do they ultimately want to go? We will then open it up to a round table discussion on what others are doing around workforce development, to highlight all the different and innovative ways health centers are thinking about this work.
