The Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association (WPHCA) is a membership organization whose mission is to advance the efforts of Wisconsin community health centers in providing access to comprehensive, community-oriented primary health care services. The Association’s vision is to be recognized as Wisconsin’s leader in:
- promoting access to primary health care services by eliminating geographical, financial and cultural barriers, and
- influencing related health care policy.
