WPHCA is the organizational advocate for Wisconsin Community Health Centers. Each year, the board of directors and staff closely examine the emerging and existing issues that affect Health Centers, and even health care, at the state and federal levels.
We carefully develop policies that guide decisions to advocate for or oppose potential legislation and policies. We provide decision makers with well-researched background to support our positions and activities. This reasonable approach and thoughtful analysis make WPHCA and Community Health Center leaders trusted experts for many decisions and questions about proposals for health care access, financing, quality and reform.
